Terms and Conditions for Online Payments
Grencar Ltd can accept payments from most major credit or debit cards. These include Visa, Delta and Switch. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.
All payments are subject to the following conditions
If your payment is overdue and recovery action is imminent, please contact our office immediately to notify us of your intention to pay, otherwise further action may continue and you could incur further charges. Once your payment has been approved and identified via OUR reference number, the amount paid will be allocated to your account.
Grencar Ltd will not accept liability for any payment not reaching the intended account due to an incorrect reference number being quoted.
Grencar Ltd will not accept liability if a payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card provider (due to either incorrect credit/debit card details being provided or insufficient funds being available).
Should the credit or debit card provider decline payment, Grencar Ltd is under no obligation to bring this fact to the account holder’s attention and it is the responsibility of the account holder to check with their credit/debit card provider in order to verify that the payment has been credited to Grencar Ltd.
Where an overpayment occurs as a result of a change in liability or other reasons, the excess amount collected will be passed to our Client. Any refund requests should be made directly to our Client.
Grencar Ltd confirms that the data provided during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. The company conforms to the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will ensure that any data held, is used for no other purpose.
This website is administered by Grencar Ltd from its head office York House, 138 South Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2EU. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
